Link work to themes

Connect individual issues to strategic themes so work rolls up into objectives.

Link from an issue

1. Open an issue detail panel (from Board, Backlog, or anywhere)
2. Find the Strategic Themes or Objectives section
3. Click + Link Theme or Link to objective
4. Select a theme from the dropdown
5. Click Save or Link

The issue is now linked to that theme.

Link from the Planning page

1. Go to Planning
2. Click a theme to open it
3. Click + Link Issue or Add Issue
4. Search for or select an issue
5. Click Link

The issue is now part of that theme.

View linked issues

1. Click a theme on the Planning page
2. The Issues or Linked Issues tab shows all connected work
3. Click an issue to open its detail

Unlink an issue

1. Open the issue detail panel
2. Find the linked theme
3. Click the X or Remove button next to the theme
4. Click Confirm

The issue is now unlinked from that theme.

Or from the Planning page:

1. Click the theme
2. In the Issues tab, find the issue
3. Click Unlink or the X button
4. Confirm

Filter issues by theme

The view updates to show only issues linked to that theme

Go to Board, Backlog, or Timeline

Click Filters or Objective Filter

Select a theme or objective
