The Role
We are seeking an Engineer to help build, maintain, and scale the core infrastructure of Forest.tools. You will work at the intersection of performance and reliability, ensuring our tools remain fast and accessible for all users.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable code and documentation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate on technical architecture.
- Implement security best practices and automated testing.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Proficiency in our core stack (e.g., Python, React, or Node.js).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical debt.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
